Birthing Through Hypnosis Mock Birth CD This recording is helpful in preparation for labor because it covers all of the Birthing Through Hypnosis techniques that Kristin teaches in her class. The CD walks through a mock birth with Kristin guiding the pregnant mom through contractions on one track and then guides the birth companion through helping their pregnant mom through contractions on the other track.
