This CD contains two recordings that are meant to help you with the more spiritual side of pregnancy and labor. The “Sacred Birthing Circle” track is a relaxation exercise the helps the pregnant mom to connect with the power of being a woman. The “Fear Release” track is meant to help a woman release her fears before labor in order to be more relaxed during labor. The music on the CD is by Kristin’s husband, Eliot Nemzer.

BIRTHING THROUGH HYPNOSIS – MOCK BIRTH CD
This recording is helpful in preparation for labor because it covers all of the Birthing Through Hypnosis techniques that Kristin teaches in her class. The CD walks through a mock birth with Kristin guiding the pregnant mom through contractions on one track and then guides the birth companion through helping their pregnant mom through contractions on the other track.
