When and where are your private classes?
I am currently teaching Birthing Through Hypnosis classes in Santa Cruz in the form of private sessions. I do private sessions with couples in my counseling office on Mission Street in Santa Cruz. My available appointments fall on weekdays during "school hours," although I have an occasional open appointment in the late afternoon. Do you offer other options if the location or schedule don't work for me?
Yes. I teach monthly weekend group classes in San Francisco if you're interested in a weekend get-away. I also have an online version of the Birthing Through Hypnosis Program that is available 24/7 no matter where in the world someone is located.

When in my pregnancy should I take this class?
My suggestion is that as soon as you are ready to focus on the birth of your baby, you should meet with me. The sooner you take the class the more time you will have to practice the hypnosis and relaxation techniques. Most women take this class during their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
