When and where are your private classes?

I teach Birthing Through Hypnosis classes in Santa Cruz in the form of private sessions. I do private sessions with couples in my counseling office on Mission Street in Santa Cruz. My available appointments fall on weekdays during “school hours,” although I have an occasional open appointment in the late afternoon. I typically meet with couples for two 90-minute sessions. Do you offer other options if the location or schedule don’t work for me?

Yes. I have an online version of the Birthing Through Hypnosis Program that is available 24/7 no matter where in the world you are located.

If you want to schedule a private class, please let me
know your due date, your partner’s name, where you
will be having your baby, and how you heard about my class. Additionally, please include your phone number in your email – just in case I need it.

When in my pregnancy should I take this class?

My suggestion is that as soon as you are ready to focus on the birth of your baby, you should meet with me. The sooner you take the class the more time you will have to practice the hypnosis and relaxation techniques. Most women take this class during their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
