Birthing Through Hypnosis Method
I teach Birthing Through Hypnosis group classes in San Francisco monthly. Birthing Through Hypnosis is a method of natural childbirth preparation that provides you with a clear process and basic instructions on how to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the birthing of your baby. In my Birthing Through Hypnosis class you will learn techniques of hypnosis, visualization, touch, and breathing that will help you in the journey of giving birth. When and where is the next class?
I am currently teaching group classes once a month in San Francisco. My San Francisco classes are held on Mission Street near 30th between Bernal Heights and Noe Valley.

The class cost is $250 per couple, which includes all of the Birthing Through Hypnosis materials, which are comprised of downloadable materials including a manual, ten audio tracks, and a three hour class lecture, and online mentoring with me.
Do you offer private classes if the class dates or location don't work for me?
Yes. I teach private classes in Santa Cruz. I also have an online version of the Birthing Through Hypnosis Program that is available 24/7 no matter where in the world someone is located.
As soon as you see this announcement! Whether your baby is due to arrive soon after the class or whether you are early in your pregnancy, the skills learned in this class will be invaluable for your preparation on the journey to birthing your baby. Most women take this class during their 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Once I confirm by email that there is a space in the class for you, I will ask you to either mail a check to me for $250 or click the icon below to pay through PayPal. The Birthing Through Hypnosis membership and materials are included in the group class price. Upon receiving your payment I will immediately mail the login information to you so you will have instant access to incredibly valuable downloadable materials including a manual, ten audio tracks, and a three hour class lecture. You will also have access to Kristin Nemzer through one-on-one online mentoring. Having access to the instructor after the class is over is a benefit that few childbirth classes offer. Once I mail you the login information, there is no refund for the class.
