About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (License MFC 42308). I hold a master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in couples and family counseling, from John F. Kennedy University. I'm also a certified Hypnotherapist with the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. I received my undergraduate degree from Duke University.Additionally, I've studied Depth Hypnosis, Shamanic Healing and Energy Medicine with Dr. Isa Gucciardi through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream
Some of my passions include yoga, meditation, and Shamanic journeying.

Sessions take place in my Santa Cruz office. If you do not live in the Santa Cruz area, please contact me regarding setting up a phone session.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and the fee is $125. I also provide "50 minute hour" sessions for $90.
